Because of their mouthwatering flavours, traditional Punjabi foods are the first that come to mind when we discuss Punjab. Punjab is well-known for its cuisine, history, culture, and tourism attractions. Although Punjabis enjoy a wide variety of foods, Makke Di Roti and Sarso Da Saag are two of the most well-liked provincial delicacies. This dish, which is eaten with hot ghee and a little jaggery, is cooked with corn flour and mustard greens that are picked in the winter.

West Bengal : Kosha Mangsho

One of the most well-known Bengali dishes, kosha mangsho, also known as Bengali mutton curry, is made with succulent mutton chunks and a variety of fiery spice flavours. The term "kosha" alludes to "bhuna," which is the process of slowly simmering gravy in mustard oil at low heat for an extended period of time to produce a thick, flavorful sauce with succulent chunks of mutton. Apart from the fact that Bengalis adore seafood, Kosha Mangsho is among the most well-liked mutton curries in the country, thanks to its unique flavour and kick of heat.

Mumbai : Misal Pav

You may have heard that Maharashtrians adore Vada Pav, but Misal Pav is still one of the most well-liked dishes in Maharashtra. This is a type of Maharashtrian curry made with sprouts, which is topped with Farsan and onions and served with pav, or Indian dinner rolls. This mouthwatering Kolhapuri food has a tangy, spicy taste with a variety of spice flavours.

Assam : Papaya Khar

Assamese cuisine would be incomplete without "Khar," as the dish is very renowned in the state. Khar is essentially a unique liquid that is boiled with seasonal vegetables like potatoes and papaya, after the skins of bananas are sun-dried.

Rajasthan : Churma Dal Bati

The people of Rajasthan are renowned for their rich cultural heritage, opulent palaces, mediaeval hill forts, and mouthwatering cuisine. When it comes to mouthwatering dishes, Rajasthani cuisine always ranks at the top, from the sweet and delectable Ghevar to the crispy Bajre ki Roti. One of the most well-known traditional Rajasthani dishes, Dal Bati Churma, is a three-for-one delight served on a single platter. One of Rajasthan's staple foods is dal, and the state's well-known dessert, churma, is created with besan (gramme flour) and wheat flour that has been coarsely ground. Semolina coarse wheat flour, ghee, jeera, and fennel seeds are used to make the flavorful hard bread known as bati. Dal-Bati Churma's unique flavour combination of savoury and sweet makes it incredibly delectable.
