Everything edible opens doors to people's hearts. The feelings are amplified when it comes to Indian food. Why not, after all? The vast array of dishes that comprise Indian cuisine means that we have something to eat for every season and occasion. Flavours are created, dishes are mixed, and tastes are explored—all in the sake of that religion we call food.
1. Chicken with butter
It should come as no surprise that Western audiences appreciate this meal, which combines the best of the most well-known Indian cuisine to create one of the best representations of Indian cuisine! The thick, creamy consistency of the sauce is created by combining ginger, garlic, lemon, lime, turmeric, chilli, and a few additional spices. To properly bring out the flavour, the chicken is marinated in this for several hours. It's then served with butter, cream, and green chilies as garnishes after a brief trip to the tandoor. Not surprisingly, this recipe is a success because it can be adjusted to suit the level of spice tolerance of any individual.
2. Masala Tikka Chicken
Unlike butter chicken, this recipe did not originate in India. This British creation is typically hotter than its cousin with a similar colour. No matter where you get it, chicken tikka masala is practically always a good choice.
3. Chicken Tandoori
Would you like to taste something genuinely mouthwatering? See the chicken that was seasoned and eventually turned into chicken tikka masala. The chicken is cooked in a clay oven called a tandoor with the flesh slathered in yoghurt and a variety of spices, primarily red chilli powder, to give it its crimson colour. After that, it is roasted and burned until the heat from the tandoor is absorbed and its flavorful, red, seasoned skin develops. You can also make tandoori chicken on a standard barbecue grill if you'd like to try it at home.
4. A samosa
Everybody has experienced them, and they're never dull! Whether you want to order them at an Indian restaurant or buy one on the spur of the moment at the grocery, these flavorful pastries have something to offer everyone. These delicious triangles have gained popularity in the US, where people stuff them full of their preferred meat or veggie. Samosas are a tiny taste of heaven that are equally simple to prepare at home. They are usually packed with chopped meats like chicken or lamb or crunchy veggies like snap peas, onions, and pine nuts.
5. Dosa Masala
It comes from the southern region of India and is usually cooked with rice and lentils. Usually served hot as an accompaniment to a curry dish, dosas are dipped in a variety of chutneys. But dosas can also be filled with veggies and consumed as a snack (street food popular in India). For example, spicy potatoes are used to make masala dosa.
